I have a quote back from the independent agent in Sebastian Florida (Florida
Highway and Marine) A company called TL Dallas/Great Lakes will write
liability only for $500. They will also write a policy for $110K hull value
w/ 10% hurricane deductible for $3950. I was paying $3000 for 85K hull value
before with a high wind deduct of $7500. Pretty close. I will probably self
insure this time despite the reasonable quote. I will have to let this
incubate over the weekend. She called during my sundowners, and in the words
of Scarlett O'Hara.............."I won't think about that today, etc etc
etc".
