While reading the list tonight I saw a few references to eating moose meat. After living in Alaska for 27 years I can only assume that those of you who are saying yuk, have never had a well prepared meal with moose meat. Now, if I want a great steak I'll go for the beef rib-eye, but if I'm looking for wild game Moose is right up there with Elk, Bison and Dall Sheep.
