I have found one agent so far that is convinced she can write a liability
policy for $500 or less. She is a Progressive agent but says the liability
will be with another company. She is with Florida Highway and Marine
Insurance in Sebastian Fla 888-354-4929. Several agents have collected all
my numbers and asked for a couple of days to crunch everything and get it
out to their underwriters. I am in a waiting mode for these estimates to
come back before going further. Thank God my survey is less than 2 years
old..........close though. It was done November 4, 2004. Also, it has become
obvious in the case of Progressive, that independent agents do have much
more latitude in what they can and can't write. It seems it even varies
among independent agents. What a maze of a confusing business to try to
    navigate through.
