Steve,
I've seen the following method described on this list although I've not used
it. Purchase a normally closed drier thermostat for the alarm temp you want
and wire it in series with your low oil pressure warning. If the alarm goes
off, check the oil pressure. If it's normal, the exhaust elbow is hot.
