    Fiberglass. Just glass one in place in a void in the
    bow under the master birth. My bow thruster tube
    rests right on top of the holding tank. The holding
    tank also serves as a collision bulkhead at the bow.
    If you punch a hole in the holding tank, the hull is
    still water tight.

    Mine is 75g. and works great for the two of us.

    A couple of other things.

    I do have an overboard discharge for the holding tank
    but always pump out at least three miles off shore. I
    do not have the ability to flush directly overboard.
    Everything goes into the holding tank and I have to
    manually flip a holding tank pump switch to pump the
    tank. No possibility of an "accident" in that case.

    Since I have a watermaker and a 300g. stainless steel
    water tank, I use only fresh water to flush the head
    even though I have the ability for a salt water flush.
