T&T: Should I Repitch Prop?

    Vessel=36' Marine Trader sundeck
    Engine= Single Perkins 130 HP (NA)
    RPM (measured by photo tach) WOT in gear=2450=77% of WOT in neutral
    RPM(measured by photo-tach) WOT in neutral=3170
    Vessel cruises @7.3 kts
    Detect slight vibration at rear, suspect prop needs balancing. If prop is
    removed for any reason, do you think it would be wise to repitch it or keep it
    as is?
