Hello Larry
I think what your asking is will you get a bunch of analytical goop or a
plain English description of what your oil is like. The answer is both the cost
is about $40 if you take the sample yourself usually the lab doing the
analysis will provide you with the cup and tube for the sample. Make sure the engine
is hot and do it periodically your looking for trends or changes the lab can
help you with a schedule also.
