One of the first things we did when we bought Rollsdoc was buy Sub Zero
under counter frig and freezer. I built a cabinet so I could stack them. $1K each
if I remember correctly. They were okay at the dock when we didn't pay for
electric. They were big energy users when run off the inverter. Open the door
and the cold just fell out.
They are gone. We now have a chest freezer. Some small ones, 2-5 cu ft) can
be had for $140. The frig today is propane.
