Did Georgs sale this site to Power and Motor
    Yacht Magazine?

Or do some just agree with Bill of PassageMaker
Magazine that a trawler is just a Metaphor?

Does coastal cruising mean ICW marina hopping?

It's probably a Metaphor for PassageMaker Magazine because many more
magazines get sold that way. Lets face it if you only addressed real trawlers (full
displacement boats) you would seriously limit your market for a magazine. If you
did the same thing on a site like this I think you would lose quite a bit of
good information. I don't look at to often but I believe the Passage Making
Under Power site is much more rigidly defined. I very rarely travel the ICW (to
much work) But I'm almost never more than 40 NM from a harbor of safe refuge I
would consider that coastal cruising. For what it's worth the CG defines
"near coastal" as 20NM from harbor of safe refuge for passenger carrying boats.
