ALL rotomolded tanks are made from "stock" molds, Larry...unless you
want to pay a mfr to make a mold for you. Ronco will do that, but it's
cost prohibitive unless you're a boat builder who needs at least 20 of
the same tank. However, unlike "off the shelf" tanks, fittings can be
"custom" installed in a rotomolded tank in any sizes, locations and
quantity specified by the customer. You might argue that "customized
fittings" doesn't qualify as "custom tanks"...unless you've had to
struggle with getting plumbing to fittings in "off the shelf tanks or
leaks in DIY installation of "fitting relocation kits.

And fwiw, Raritan's tanks are made my Ronco, and are right out of the
    Ronco catalog.

NOT with holes in the top sides and bottom unless thats' where YOU
    specify 'em.

Ronco didn't have a molded tank that fit your space...so ok, you went
with a welded plastic tank. Although rotomolded tanks are preferable
because there are no seams that might leak, welded plastics tanks are
the next best choice--provided you get it from the right source (Triple
M Plastics is an excellent source), not from any local bozo who owns a
heat welder...'cuz the welds--and therefore the skill of the welder--are
critical, 'cuz welded seams are the only place a tank can leak.
