I think it would be a bad idea to pour gas you have already
proven to be 'bad' into anything but a gasoline recycling
container. These can be found at some gas stations. Just call
around to find one.
This happened to me and I found that not only did I have to get
rid of the gasoline but the 6 gallon tank as well.
Even after I put a gallon of fresh gas into the tank, swirled it
around for a few minutes each hour for 4 or 5 hours and then
poured it off into the recycling container, the tank contaminated
the next 6 gallons I put into it as well. I gave up and bought a
new tank and hose and my fuel problem was solved.
Since the gas is bad I would not even consider putting it into a
diesel fuel tank. After all we've read about filters on this
list...
