I don't know about the ship's log, but the FCC says IF you keep
a radio log (but you do not have to) the log MUST be both
complete and accurate. That means you must keep your radio on at
all times and log EVERY radio call you hear. Not just the ones
you are actually involved with but EVERY call you even HEAR!
Thus, I will be keeping no radio log on my boat...
