Why not just buy a comercial license & use the boats we have? Just carry
some poles & a freezer. You also need an epirb, liferaft & you have to
paint large numbers on the side of the boat. I could live with that. And
we could actually do some fishing. At least enough for dinner. Best of
all, when the government realizes there's no fish out there they will
actually pay us all to quit fishing!
