    Thanks for a very informative explanation. I have read some on this issue
    before and I think we are fortunate, as we have no desire to visit any place
    in Florida south of St. Augustine.
    I can see that it is a big concern for many, though.
     
    And, as we are using our boat for transportation, and not "solely as a
    residence," I doubt that subsection 16 applies. Would you agree?
