    The problem is that you have to use a roll that is big enough to "fill" the
    filter canister. If you use a really skinny, cheap roll, the fuel will just
    run right past the element. GCF has always suggested Bounty's big rolls, but
    they're getting harder to find. Also, the cheaper stuff actually has less
    material in there, making it a lot looser. I stick with the biggest roll I
    can find that's wound tightly.
