1. Drill a hole through the bulkhead.
2 Pass the wire(s) through.
3. Fill gaps with RTV Silicone in a suitable color.
4. Cover with chrome plates available in hardware and plumbing supply stores.
These are the semicircular covers used to finish small diameter plumbing
passing through walls.
