Here on the East Coast of Canada, New Brunswick, we use a cage around the prop, built by our local machine shop, $250 CDN, works wonders when you have 700 fishermen putting in 250 traps each.As the commercial says, WOULDN'T LEAVE HOME WITHOUT IT. Itcomes in 2 parts and bolts directly into the keel on either side and extends past the prop, one problem only, backing up.
