    Bill,

I'm surprised that you couldn't find any listings. Most boat shows have two
or three booths with vendors offering carved teak nameboards or signs. Check
with one of the larger commercial sign shops in your area. Carved and guilded
wood signs are a popular item, especially in seaside towns. I've made several
    of
these signs with a router and letter template set but unless you need half a
dozen or more, its probably not worth the expense to buy the equipment. Gold
leaf gilding material is available in most large art supply shops.
