Ahoy List,
I had completed my first Great Circle Loop back in 1993 with plans to make
another trip. The spring flood that year had the Mississippi "closed" for any
cruising. I am planning to make the 2nd loop and would ask the list about
the bridges through the City of Chicago. I have an air draft of only 15 feet,
but for the lower heights, how are they scheduled? What opening
restrictions, if any, are in effect?
