      Yes, I agree, and that is what was intended per purchase contract...Seatrial up to haulout, haulout, survey on way back and finish.Obviously though, my surveyor wanted to do many engine checks while cold thus means BEFORE seatrial...I guess I should have stopped it then and taken my $$ lumps at 8 am instead of 12. Fact remains that the brokers KNEW that the engine overheated the day before and I got no phone call...
       
      Beginning to think Brokers make used car sales men look like Mother Teresa...It appears to me they have absolutely no reason to stop a survey/seatrial. They are not on hook for anything....except maybe their reputation...
