    I would stick with simple boot stripe paint. It is easy to redo. Even more
    important: the two part LP/s will tend to have lifting/blister formation under
    the paint when submerged. That is why the one part paints are used. Another
    option is vinyl tape.

    Boot strips are there for a reason--that is that scum, tar and debris all take
    a toll. Use a relitatively inexpensive paint which can be applied by brush.
