    Thanks for all of the responses.

    Coming from sailing, we have always enjoyed comparing surface v over the
    ground speeds, especially when going thru woods hole!

    I realise that they are not super accurate, but its hard to change a
    dinosauer's habits!

    I think we will go w/ Navcomm or B & G. The simrads are too $.
