Not requiring some type of license to operate a boat isn't so bad when you
compare it to the fact that parents aren't required to know anything to bear
and raise children?
Hummmm... Maybe that's the root cause of why some of the boat drivers are
nuts--they were raised to believe everything they did was just wonderful?
