    This is not hard. I did it myself. Fabricated the hinge and the mast lock.
     See a picture on my web site. Cl. on pictures of CCRIDER. I cut the
    mast with a circular saw being very careful to cut only as deep as the
    Fiberglass was thick-- not to hit the wires.
     Not a particularly difficult project.
