Rather than clutter up the T&T List with potentially 1700 emails of
increasing length as each is repeated, and repeated, and repeated, if
you'll send the information Bob Smith suggested to me, at the above
address (please, not to the list itself), I'll be happy to compile the
list in a spreadsheet or PDF format and make it available to anyone who
wants it or contributes.
Let's put a deadline of one week from today on the project.
I'll let the list know when the compilation is available after the
deadline.
