Bob has always answered me promptly (within 2 days tops). I probably caught
him when he was not travelling doing seminars.

Bob was staying with a boating friend in Michigan last summer during the
Great Lakes Grand Banks Rendezvous, and my wife and I spent the afternoon with
them at the friends house. We all sat around talking boating and cruising on
a very dark rainy afternoon and Bob was answering Emails as the afternoon
went on so I know that he carries his laptop and answers his mail some of the
time when he is on the road.
