Frank:
I have been struggling with this same issue. I am the proud owner of two
bridges that I will probably wind up putting on ebay to get rid of them.
The problem I have encountered is getting the bridge to search for
available signals. You can enter a specific access point ID and the system
will work as described. But what I want to happen is for the bridge to
search for available connections and then let me select which one I want to
use.
I have a wireless network on the boat with the router hooked to a cable
internet modem and it works well. USB is a good solution for a single
computer but not for a network.
If anyone else has figured out how to get a bridge to search and connect to
a router I would appreciate any help.
