While I have no experience with this piece, it sure does look expensive! You can get a higher power access point, and a hub and a high gain antenna for little more than a 10th the price. I'd be interested what Jeff Siegal and Phil Rosch think....
They are listed as an exhibitor at CES, but there will be a bunch of WiFi stuff there.
