There is an organization based in Portland, Maine, that conducts
flotillas from Massachusetts to Maine and the Bay of Fundy. The
flotillas are called the MA-ME Flotilla, and the Fundy flotilla.
The group puts out a newsletter, which you can subscribe to online, and
get more info, at http://www.pointseast.com
I'm looking into the ME-MA flotilla for next summer. Whether the
flotillas actually take place depend on the number of reservations
received prior to a certain date.
There used to be something similar for the Erie Canal, sponsored by the
New York State Canal Authority. We took it in 2001 and it was a lot of
fun, but I'm not sure if it still exists. You could check with the NYS
Canal Authority to find out.
I'm not aware of any other trips or tours for individual boats along the
east coast.
