I was watching one of the morning TV shows and I think ABC showed a
fibreglass propane tank where you can see the contents. There was no
price shown and I can not find a source on google, but this could be
pretty useful for boaters.
If you mist the side of the propane tank with water you can see the level of
the contents. Then you know if there is enough to blast the beer to chill
it. ( not advisable while smoking )
