If you use either of these 2 email systems and you don't get email
that you might otherwise expect, here is a story that may explain the
problem. I have been having email sent to T&T listees that use these
2 systems bounce ever since I reported a fraud email that was sent to
me from an overseas email user.
I don't know whether you have noticed but the percentage of fraud and
spam email originating from hotmail and microsoft.com servers is
becoming frequent. A couple of days ago, I decided to complain about
one such email and I sent the entire email with it's headers to
. Shortly thereafter all mail to hotmail and msn
started bouncing.
If you are using any service run by these outfits, you may not be
receiving all your mail and you may be totally ignorant of the
bounces. Ordinarily the workings of the email servers is not a
subject for this forum, but here is a definite interference in the
legitimate operations of what we do here and in most cases forum
members would not be aware of the problem.
