WOW!!
We also have a 32' Nordic Tug, a 2000 model, also in North Carolina.
I paid our premium in September--$1658. I was horrified, as it had
gone up $490 since the previous year(s). Our policy is a $250,000
agreed upon value full coverage, cruising ground the entire US coast,
inland waters and 15 miles offshore, no haul-out requirements. Our
policy is through the United States Power Squadrons. Membership in
that is $58/yr.
