I have ACE (Inamar underwriter) and have been very pleased with them. I
also got a ridiculous quote from BoatUS. BoatUS quoted over $5K and ACE
came in at $2800. Actually I renewed with ACE and they were extremely
reasonable for the renewal esp for Florida. Old rate was $2700 and new rate
is $2800. BoatUS boasts, quite loudly, how they are for boaters, etc but
their insurance quotes have become laughable.
