    I think that if the OP proposes to tap this 36 volt bank to supply 12 and 24 volt loads, he really should be using three independent 12 volt chargers, one connected across each 12 volt section, to charge the whole bank. Otherwise, the bottom 12 volt section will be discharged more than the rest, by all the 12 volt loads, then the rest of the batteries will be overcharged before the bottom 12 volt section is charged.
