There exist a special search sequence you can have a broker do on Yachtworld
that will bring up all reported sales of the specified boat. These are
prices reported by the listing broker, so some of this data must be treated
as suspect. Try to find a broker that belongs to YW and ask him to do the
search.
Ran across this search sequence a few years ago, they have now restricted
the access.

Does anyone on the list have access to the ACTUAL price that Krogen
Whalebacks have SOLD for over the past few years? If so, please email
us off the list.
Just the prices would be enough, although price and year would be better
and price & description would be ideal. We've looked on the internet
and in magazines, but all we can find is the ASKING price, which may not
be remotely close. We have no clue as to how much more people usually
ask to cover brokers' fees and to give room for negotiations.
Please note that AKAMA IS NOT FOR SALE at this time. It's just that I
go for my next cancer appointment in December and if I get a bad report
we may sell her and move back to Canada. If we do this, we will try to
do it ourselves, at least initially, as opposed to giving her to a
broker. We can't see any point in adding 10% to the price to cover
brokers fees if we can make a quick sale ourselves (please don't start
flaming us with the value of brokers and so on, thanks).
