For laughs I just sent the following to Douglas Battery "Customer Service"
via e-mail. I also looked at Exide but could find no way to even e-mail them.
"I use Douglas 8D deep cycle batteries in my boat. I use battery desulphators
24 x 7.
What do you recommend regarding equalization? My batteries are in constant
charge and discharge for six summer months, then on smart charger for about six
winter months."
