One tool not mentioned so far that I find very handy is the Drill Doctor. Nothing worse than finding all your drill bits in a certain size are dull or you break the tip off a small bit or chip a larger one right in the middle of a project. The Drill Doctor keeps all your bits sharp and ready to go.
