The pepper fire extinguisher sounds good if I can figure out a fitting that
will allow pressurization. I ran across a company that sells pepper rounds
that can be shot from flare guns (Firequest.com). They claim a flare gun is not
considered a firearm in the US. They also have a multitude of special shotgun
and other caliber rounds like a 12 gauge flash bang (187dB...what did you
say??). I suppose the challenge is to use adequate force against a threat
hopefully stopping short of deadly force if possible. Having a variety of tools
to accomplish this would be a nice luxury.
