I have been examining the Globe Rubber web site. The information
which you and others have supplied is in stark contrast to that which
is supplied on their web site. In other words, there is no clue on
their web site that these units are unsuitable for engine
installations in the lower horsepower levels, like under 100 hp. Even
though the BW unit is used on many small engines. It would appear
that a lot of people are installing these drivesaver units on small
engines without understanding the fact that the drivesaver will fail
to protect the overall installation, if used on a small torque engine
as it will fail to break as intended.
