depending on where you are, you can get it fix at one of their local repair
center instead of shipping it. I had to take out my freedom 30 twice
already in under a year... luckily i can drop it off to an approved shop
here in miami. under warranty so far, fixed within a few of days...

there is a alist of service center on the xantrex site.
