Bob,
I can't put my finger on it now but through a google search I found several
headliners with foam already attached. I am soon to dothe same task.

Subject: T&T: Headliner materials
I'm replacing my headliner in a 45' boat and have a good, reasonable source
for the marine grade vinyl but the only foam suppliers, if they even carry
1/4" foam, want a small fortune for their product. Any help/suggestions
would be much appreciated. Also need to locate a compatible adhesive. I
found only one source that sells the vinyl with foam backing but $23 a yard,
and I still need the adhesive, is a budget buster. Grateful for any help.
