Based upon what you have asked, you need to get a broker. There are at least
two good ones in your area.

    |i am in the process of selling my trawler without a broker. what are the
    | steps i should take to make the process go smooth. also what should i do
    or
    | not do durning the survey as the owner/seller. should i ask for a deposit
    | and what type of contract is suitable.. i know you are going to say
    thats
    | why you should use a broker but i had a fellow put a note on my door of
    the
    | boat wanting to know if i wanted to sell her. i was made a good and fair
    | offer and i accepted the offer. thanks for your input
