My unit was purchased just two months ago, so maybe it was old inventory--glad to hear they are now provided with USP. BTW, when doing some research there's a good european test report. I don't remember where I found it, maybe on Indell's (Isotherm) web page.

The newer ones for the US market apparently have USP threads.
I am very satisfied with my Isotherm. When the Practical Sailor tested
these a couple of years ago they had, hands down, the best insulation.
