Shakespeare is better by direct comparison in New Bern, NC. The Shakespeare
claims a 36.5db gain as does Terk. Mount either one as high as is
convenient. Terk also breaks down db gain by satellite angle relative to the
horizon.
I recommend getting the Shakespeare from West and trial mount it. I think
you will be happy. If not, return it. If are satisfied, then you may need
one of the two additional cost mounts that are offered - just don't pay West
prices for them.
