I just had an experience with Digital Wave (maker of Visual Passage
Planning). I ordered the produce v.2.0 and after installing it, found that
any planning for the month of august would hang the program. I e-mailed
them on a Friday night I think and got a response that night telling me of a
possible fix. I tried it and it didn't work so I e-mailed them back on
Saturday and said what next. They offered to send me a replacement disk, or
download the info if I was in a real hurry. I told them just to drop a new
disk in the mail as I was in no hurry. Monday morning Fed Ex delivered the
new disk. I also got an apology for the inconvenience I was caused. I
think they went way beyond the call of duty here. I am impressed and I will
buy from them in the future.
