Valco HV 350 adhesive - Better product than the 3M series?
Here is the www site: http://www.valco-cp.com/HV-350.htm
I'm wondering what the group thinks about it and has anyone used this
product before. My thoughts run to using this like 3M 4000 or God forbid
5200 - ?
They have a neat tool that looks like a modified pair of pliers to help you
dispense any product from a tube. Also they sell extra nozzles for tubes and
say in the tech tips that putting a new, uncut tip will prevent hardening of
unused product, and if it does; put a new nozzle on....
No link to this company - bought a tube today in Campers world - retail
$4.99 + tax.
While we are perhaps discussing alternative products - the RV industry has a
product called Kool Seal, used to seal RV roofs. From the marketing it
appears it forms a thick rubber like blanket, expands and contracts, clings
in all weather, protects against moisture, mildew and algae resistant -
energy savings up to 35%. 10 year warranty.

How about painting the roof of the pilothouse and perhaps the decks? Rubber
like blanket seems to indicate to me that it would have some non-skid
properties and seal everything up?
Comments?
