    Gents,

As a matter of fact, I've been having a chat with myself this morning about
service, or lack thereof. I took note that Coastal has very good info on what
to buy for accessories and how to accomplish the job. I think that if I buy,
I'll buy from them, despite the difference. I do appreciate Coastal's
efforts to educate the buyer/user. That $11.00 can sure pay for itself quickly,
and it's been a long time since I spent an afternoon with a can of Simonize.
Or, maybe I'll wait til we get the "Horse" to Trinidad and do my bit to help
the good folks there get the standard of living up. In which case I can save
    the $167.00.

    Best,

    John

So after all that discussion about customer service, it still seems to boil
