So after all that discussion about customer service, it still seems to boil
down to raw price. Coastal has a good reputation, any experience with
toolrage or mytoolstore?
For any of the three: Are they stocking dealers or do they have a
distributor dropship for them? (lookslike mytoolstore has an actual store
and a phone sales desk) Are these refurbs or new? Do they service the
product or do they turn you over to the mfr.?
Does it matter?
Oh by the way the few bucks you saved at "rage" vs. "store" gets eaten up
by $6 more in freight..
