I noticed on my Norcold refridgerator/freezer that there's a fitting on the freon line that I would assume is for recharging. Can a do-it-yourselfer recharge this unit? If so, to what pressure, with which refridgerant, and (most importantly) how? I'm asking because I believe this unit never gets cold enough and is evident with water not freezing in the lower part of the freezer. This is the case even when running off of 12VDC so that the heat of the refridgerator's inverter is not adding to the heat near the unit.
