Keith, I believe you have her answer. Capitalism rears its ugly head again.
I'm all for capitalism but not in this case, which would be at the expense
of the well-being of boaters and other citizens. Perhaps they will find a
way to outsource it. Maybe when China buys Unocal, they can also buy our
weather services.
